Preparation Method

  • Chop the tomatoes, onion and green chillies.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil, add asafoetida, green chillies, shallots, curry leaves and fry.
  • Add the chopped raw tomatoes, sprinkle some water.
  • When the tomatoes are done, add salt, grated coconuts and fry well.
