Preparation Method

  • Clean and chop pirandai.
  • Heat a pan with a tablespoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper mustard,  add urad dhal, red chilli, ginger, curry leaves and pirandai. Fry and keep aside.
  • Grind the fried pirandai mixture along with tamarind, salt, grated coconut, sesame seed and serve.
