Preparation Method

  • Par boil peas and keep aside.
  • Dice the onion finely.
  • Slit the green chillies.
  • Grind together grated coconut and poppy seed to a fine paste.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Saute onion and green chillies.
  • Add the peas along with the cooked water.
  • Add the coconut and poppy seed paste and stir well.
  • When the peas is cooked and the masala is semi thick, remove from fire and serve.
