Preparation Method

  • Clean the greens well and chop it finely.
  • Chop the onions and split the red chillies.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper mustard, curry leaves, red chilli, onion and fry well.
  • Add the chopped greens, sprinkle water and stir.
  • When the greens are cooked, add salt and grated coconut. Fry well and serve hot.
