Preparation Method

  • Peel the skin and discard the seeds of the snake gourd.
  • Chop into circles.
  • Combine ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, chilli powder, corn flour, rice flour, salt required quantity of water and mix it to a thick batter.
  • Dip the snake gourd to the above mixture.
  • Heat a deep frying pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Deep fry the snake gourd till crisp and golden brown.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
