Preparation Method

  • Peel the cucumber and chop into fine tiny cubes.
  • Chop the chillies into fine thin circles.
  • Peel the ginger and chop finely.
  • Take curd in a broad bowl.  Add salt, cucumber, green chilli, ginger and mix well.
  • Heat a mini pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper with mustard, curry leaves and add it to the curd.
  • Serve with Briyani, Chicken gravy and Mutton gravy.
