Preparation Method

  • Par boil cheppang kizhangu.
  • Chop into two.
  • Heat a deep frying pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil and deep fry the chopped cheppang kizhangu till crisp and brown.
  • Heat another pan, add a tablespoon of Idhayam Sesame Oil, add the fried cheppang kizhangu, salt, chilli powder and  garam masala powder.
  • Keep in a low flame and fry till it turns brown.
  • Serve hot.
