Preparation Method

  • Grate the cabbage.
  • Dice the carrots finely.
  • Slit green chillies.
  • Chop onions.
  • Par boil moong dhal.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame oil
  • Temper mustard, add onions, green chilli, curry leaves and fry.
  • Toss cabbage and  carrot.
  • Sprinkle water and allow it to cook.
  • Add Salt.
  • When the cabbage and carrots are done add the moong dhal and grated  coconut.
  • Stir well and serve hot.
