Preparation Method

  • Chop the brinjals into small cubes.
  • Dry roast the sesame seed and pound it.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Add the cubed brinjals and fry for five minutes.
  • Add chilli powder, salt, cumin powder and turmeric powder and fry well.
  • When the brinjals are done and the masala turns brown, add the pound sesame powder.
  • Stir well and serve hot.
