Preparation Method

  • Chop bitter gourd into fine circle.
  • Marinate the bitter gourd with lemon juice, salt and set aside for ten minutes.
  • Chop onions and tomatoes finely.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Saute onion and tomatoes.
  • Drain the left water from the marinated bitter gourd.
  • Add the bitter gourd pieces, chilli powder and fry.
  • When it turns red and crisp. Remove from fire.
