Preparation Method

  • Dice all the vegetables.
  • Chop the onions finely.
  • Grate the coconut.
  • Grind together grated coconut, green chilli, fennel, poppy seed and ginger.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Saute onion till translucent.
  • Toss the vegetables and the peas.
  • Pour required amount of water, salt, turmeric powder stir and close with a lid.
  • When the vegetables are done add the ground masala and stir well.
  • Simmer to a low flame till the kurma thickens.
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves and serve hot.
