Preparation Method

  • Smash the tomatoes in two cups of water.
  • Pound cumin seed , pepper corn, coriander leaves, garlic and red chilli  coarsely.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper mustard, asafoetida, rest of the red chilli and curry leaves.
  • Add the smashed tomato, the ground powder, salt and allow to boil.
  • After three minutes, pour the lemon juice and rest of the coriander leaves.
  • Serve hot with rice.
