Preparation Method

  • Dry roast wheat rava slightly.
  • Chop onions lengthwise.
  • Slit green chillies.
  • Chop ginger finely.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil. Temper mustard, add urad dhal, chana dhal, curry leaves, green chillies, ginger, onion and fry till the onion is translucent.
  • Add 600 ml of water and allow it to boil.
  • Now add the roasted rava, salt and keep stirring.
  • When the rava absorbs all the water, add ghee and mix well.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
