Preparation Method

  • Heat a pan and roast rava.
  • Dice all the vegetables into cubes.
  • Cook peas and keep aside.
  • Chop the onions lengthwise and finely.
  • Slit green chillies.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil and ghee.
  • When it become hot add cinnamon, cloves, chopped onion, green chillies, cashew nuts, vegetables and fry for five minutes along with the cooked peas.
  • Boil three cups of water with salt.
  • Add rava, stir well so that no lumps are formed.
When the rava is done, remove from fire and serve hot with sambar or chutney.
