Preparation Method

  • Roast the rava and keep aside.
  • Chop the onions lengthwise and finely.
  • Slit the green chillies.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper  mustard,  add channa dhal, urad dhal, curry leaves, green chillies and fry well.
  • Add 400 ml of water bring to boil.
  • Add salt.
  • When the water starts to boil, add the rava, stir continuously, so that no lumps are formed.
  • When the rava is done, add ghee.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
