Preparation Method

  • Heat a broad pan.
  • Dry roast all the spices one by one except sesame seed in a low flame.
  • Allow it to cool and pound it coarsely. Dry roast sesame seed and mix it after grinding.
  • Store in an airtight container.
  • Mix it with Idhayam Sesame Oil and serve with idli.
