Preparation Method

  • Pressure cook mutton adding salt and turmeric powder.
  • Chop onions.
  • Slit green chillies.
  • Heat a heavy bottomed pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Saute green chilli, onion and fry well.
  • To this add the cooked mutton..
  • Adjust salt.
  • Simmer to a low flame, cook until the onion and green chillies are fried well and blends with the mutton.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
