Preparation Method

  • In a pan, bring water to boil.
  • Add chopped white pumpkin, salt, turmeric powder and allow it to cook.
  • Grind together grated coconut, cumin seed and green chillies.
  • Add the ground masala to the pumpkin mixture.
  • If required add water.
  • Adjust salt.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper with cumin seed and curry leaves.
  • Saute onion and add the pumpkin mixture.
  • Add curd, stir, remove from fire and serve.
