Preparation Method

  • Hard boil eggs. Shell them.
  • Dice shallots, green chilli, tomatoes finely.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Temper fennel and cumin seed.
  • Saute shallots, green chillies and tomatoes.
  • While frying tomatoes add ginger garlic paste and fry.
  • Add coriander powder, chilli powder, turmeric powder, pepper powder, salt and stir well.
  • Pour required amount of water and bring to boil.
  • Flip the eggs and simmer to a low flame till the gravy thickens. Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
