Preparation Method


  • Hard boil eggs,shell them and keep aside.
  • Dry roast cumin seed, fennel, pepper corn and pound it.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Saute ginger and garlic.
  • To this add the pound spices, coriander powder, turmeric powder, chilli powder required amount of water, salt, stir well and allow it to boil.
  • Flip the eggs and let it cook until the masala coats the egg.
  • Remove from fire garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
