Preparation Method

  • Heat a pan with ghee, roast the rava and keep aside.
  • Chop the cashew nuts and almonds finely.
  • Boil 400 ml of water and  200 ml of milk in a pan.
  • When it starts to boil,add the roasted rava and stir well.
  • Add the cashew nuts, almond, sugar, ghee, cardamom powder and mix well.
  • When the rava is done, remove from fire and serve hot.
