Preparation Method

  • Mix gram flour with salt.
  • Chop shallots and curry leaves finely.
  • Chop the green chillies  into fine circles.
  • Heat a pan with two tablespoon of oil.
  • Pour the oil over the chopped shallots and stir with a ladle.
  • Add all the ingredients, sprinkle water and mix well.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Take the mixture in hand and sprinkle in hot oil.
  • When it turns crisp and brown remove from fire and serve.
