Preparation Method

  • Peel the carrots and grate them.
  • Steam the carrots in a steamer.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Soak the almond  in water and peel the skin.
  • Grind the steamed carrot along with almond.
  • Boil milk, add the ground carrot and allow it to boil in a low flame for five minutes.
  • Stir it very often.
  • Add sugar, stir well until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Remove fire and  add the kesari colour powder.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Refrigerate and serve it in tall glasses.
