Preparation Method

  • Heat a pan with a tablespoon of ghee and fry the wheat rava and keep aside.
  • Chop the cashew nuts.
  • Boil milk with 400 ml of water in a pan.
  • When it starts to boil, add the roasted rava and stir.
  • Roast the cashew nuts with rest of the ghee.
  • When the wheat is done add sugar and stir well until the sugar dissolves completely.
  • Garnish with roasted cashews and serve hot.
