Preparation Method

  • Soak channa dhal in water for forty  minutes.
  • Powder the jaggery.
  • Drain the channa dhal.
  • Grind it along with jaggery and salt.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Take small ball of the batter and deep fry until golden brown.
  • Serve hot.
