Preparation Method

  • Heat a pan.
  • Dry roast coriander, cumin seed, fenugreek seed, urad dhal, mustard, red chillies, curry leaves, and salt one after the other till a nice aroma comes.
  • Allow it to cool.
  • Pound the Udipi rasam powder coarsely and store in an airtight container.
