Preparation Method

  • Soak the rice for four hours.
  • Grind it along with grated coconut.
  • Add water and dilute the batter to the consistency of buttermilk.
  • Add salt and stir well.
  • Heat a pan, take a ladle of the batter and pour it from outwards to inside.
  • Drizzle oil to the sides.
  • Flip over the dosa and add oil.
  • When the dosa is done.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
