Preparation Method

  • Soak the rice for four hours.
  • Grind it along with grated coconut, salt, watermelon, green chillies, ginger and cumin seed.
  • Add water and dilute it to the consistency of the buttermilk.
  • Heat a dosa pan.
  • Take a ladle of the batter and pour from outwards to inside.
  • Drizzle oil to the sides.
  • Flip the dosa, add more of oil.
  • When the dosa is done, remove from fire and serve.
