Preparation Method

  • Soak rice for five hours.
  • Grind it along with puffed rice and salt.
  • Stir and keep aside.
  • Grate the carrot.
  • Chop the green chillies.
  • Mix together batter, grated coconut, and green chillies, coriander leaves and salt.
  • Heat a dosa pan.
  • Take a ladle of the batter, pour it in the centre of the dosa pan and spread it in a circular motion.
  • Drizzle Idhayam sesame oil to the sides of the dosa.
  • Flip over the dosa and add Idhayam sesame oil to the sides.
  • When the dosa is cooked on both the sides, remove from fire and serve.
