Preparation Method

  • Soak the urad dhal in water overnight.
  • Grind the urad dhal to a fine batter by adding little amount of water.
  • Mix together urad dhal batter, salt, rice flour, chopped green chilli, ginger, coconut bits, pepper corn, curry leaves and asafoetida.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil.
  • Make small balls and deep fry the bondas till golden brown.
  • Drain the oil and serve hot.
