Preparation Method

  • Wash the prawns and keep aside.
  • Soak the tamarind and extract the juice.
  • Chop the onions.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Saute onion.
  • Add chilli powder, turmeric powder, salt and a cup of water.
  • When the oil leaves the sides, add the prawns and allow it to cook.
  • Pour the tamarind extract, sprinkle coriander leaves.
