Preparation Method

  • Chop the chicken into small pieces.
  • Grind together ginger, tamarind, peppercorn, chilli powder, cumin seed, grated coconut, green chillies, coriander leaves, onion, salt and vinegar.
  • Marinate the chicken along with the ground masala for an hour.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Flip the marinated chicken and deep fry.
  • Heat another pan, add the fried chicken pieces, pour required amount of water and fry till the masala coats the chicken.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
