Preparation Method

  • Roast the rava in ghee.
  • Chop the almond and pistachio into bits.
  • Heat a pan with ghee. When it becomes hot, add milk and bring to boil.
  • Add sugar and stir well.
  • Add cardamom powder and saffron.
  • Add rava and stir.
  • When the rava is done and the ghee separates, add the almond and pistachio bits.
  • Stir well. Remove from fire and serve.
