Preparation Method

  • Soak the almond in hot water for ten minutes.
  • Peel the skin.
  • Grind the coriander leaves, onion, ground ginger, ground garlic and almond.
  • Add salt, curd and lemon juice to the ground masala.
  • Apply the masala all over the chicken and refrigerate for 24 hours.
  • . Preheat the oven at 240 c for 15 minutes.
  • Skewer the marinated chicken, apply oil and cook until the kababs are grilled outside and  cooked well inside.
  • Squeeze lemon juice and serve hot.
