Preparation Method

  • Marinate chicken with salt, butter, lemon juice and chilli powder for twenty minutes.
  • Cook fenugreek leaves and palak.
  • Grind cooked fenugreek leaves, palak, coriander leaves, mint leaves, ginger, green chillies and garlic to a fine paste.
  • Add garam masala powder, curd, chilli powder, ground paste to the marinated chicken and marinate it for twenty minutes.
  • Soak the bamboo skewers in water for five minutes.
  • Apply oil on the skewers, skewer  the marinated chicken and keep aside.
  • Pre heat the oven in 350°C. Now place the skewers in the over for fifteen to eighteen minutes.
  • Turn over the skewers often.
  • When the chicken is baked well serve hot.
