Preparation Method

  • Take the chicken pieces in a broad bowl.
  • Mix together ginger garlic paste, ground green chilli, one teaspoon of corn flour, maida, chilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, egg, pepper powder and salt.
  • Add this to the chicken pieces and allow it to marinate for half an hour.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • When it become hot, flip the chicken pieces and deep fry and keep aside.
  • Heat another pan with two tablespoon of Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Temper fennel, chopped ginger, garlic, green chilli, curry leaves and fry well.
  • Add curd, kashmiri chilli powder, chilli powder, curry powder and stir again.
  • Add the deep fried chicken pieces fry until the masala coats the chicken.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
