Preparation Method

• Chop the tender jackfruit finely.
• Marinate jackfruit with salt, turmeric powder and a teaspoon of Idhayam sesame oil.
• Pour required amount of water and allow it to cook and keep aside.
• Dice onion and tomatoes.
• Pound the red chilli coarsely.
• Heat a pan with rest of the Idhayam sesame oil.
• Temper mustard, when it splutters add garlic paste, curry leaves and pound chilli.
• Saute onion and tomatoes.
• Add the cooked jackfruit, coriander leaves and garam masala powder.
• Stir well, remove from fire and serve.
