Preparation Method

  • Par boil raw banana. Chop into cubes and keep aside.
  • Dice the ginger finely.
  • Split the red chillies.
  • Grind green chillies to a fine paste.
  • Combine curd, green chilli paste, chopped ginger salt and mix well.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Temper mustard, urad dhal, chana dhal red chillies and pour it over the curd.
  • Garnish with coriander leaves and serve with sambar rice or curd rice.
