Preparation Method

  • Peel the skin of the carrots and dice them into cubes.
  • In a pan bring water to boil add carrot, salt, chilli powder and allow the carrots to cook.
  • When the water is absorbed completely remove from fire and keep aside.
  • Heat a pan with ghee, temper cumin seed, red chilli and pour it over the carrot.
  • Stir well and remove from fire.
  • Garnish with grated coconut and serve hot.
