Preparation Method

  • Combine raw rice flour, sesame seed, chana dhal, peas, curry leaves, turmeric powder, cumin seed, asafoetida and salt.
  • Add hot water and knead it to a smooth dough.
  • Make small balls with a dough and pat it to circles.
  • Heat a dosa pan with a teaspoon of Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Place the circles on the dosa pan and make five holes on the circles.
  • Drizzle Idhayam sesame oil in the holes.
  • Fry till it turns brown.
  • Flip over the sarva pindi and let it till it turns brown.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Make such sarva pindi with rest of the dough and serve.
