Preparation Method

  • Soak moong dhal and raw rice.
  • Chop the onions.
  • Grind rice, moond dhal, onion, green chilli, salt, curry leaves to the consistency of dosa.
  • Heat a dosa pan, take a ladle of the batter and spread in a circular motion.
  • Pour oil to the edges of the pesarattu.
  • When the pesarattu turns to golden brown, flip over and allow it to cook.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot.
