Preparation Method

  • Heat a pan and dry roast toor dhal to golden brown.
  • Dry roast red chillies, peppercorn, grated coconut and garlic.
  • Grind all the fried spices and dhal along with salt.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Temper mustard and curry leaves.
  • Add the ground toor dhal mixture, stir well.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
