Preparation Method

  • Heat a pan with ghee, roast gram flour and keep aside.
  • Soak the raisins in water.
  • Chop the cashew nuts into small bits.
  • In a pan, bring 600 ml of water to boil along with sugar until it comes to a thick consistency.
  • To this add gram flour, ghee, koya and stir continuously.
  • Cook until the meetha doesn't stick to the sides.
  • Grease a plate with ghee.
  • Pour the meetha, garnish with raisins and cashew nuts.
  •  Allow it to cool and chop into square and serve.
