Preparation Method

  • Marinate the fish pieces along ginger garlic paste, lemon juice, cumin powder, coriander powder, chilli powder, curry leaves, turmeric powder and salt.
  • Let it for twenty minutes.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • When it becomes hot, flip the fishes and shallow fry both the sides till golden brown.
