Preparation Method

  • Rinse dried shrimps and soak in warm water.
  • Wash the greens and keep aside.
  • Chop the onion and green chillies.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil
  • Temper mustard and red chillies.
  • Saute onion, ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder and green chillies.
  • To this flip the shrimps and fry well.
  • Add the greens and fry.
  • If required sprinkle water.
  • Add chilli powder, salt and stir well.
  • Cook until all the water is absorbed.
  • Remove from fire and serve hot with hot steamed rice or chapati.
  • Dried shrimp contains salt. If required add salt.
