Preparation Method

  • Rinse fish and keep aside.
  • Combine salt, chilli powder, pepper powder, roasted coriander powder, garlic paste, ginger paste, turmeric powder, lemon juice and salt.
  • Smother fish with the masala and let it marinate for thirty minutes.
  • Heat a deep frying pan with Idhayam Sesame Oil
  • Flip three to four fishes at a time and deep fry till crisp and brown.
  • Serve hot with rasam rice or curd rice.
