Preparation Method

  • Marinate the chicken pieces along with turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, green chilli paste, lemon juice and salt.
  • Chop the shallots finely.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Temper cumin seed.
  • Saute shallots.
  • Add curry leaves, coriander powder, turmeric powder and stir well.
  • Add the marinated chicken pieces and fry for five minutes.
  • Simmer to a low flame and stir often.
  • When the chicken is done, add the coriander leaves.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
