Preparation Method

  • Take the chicken in a broad bowl.
  • Dice onion, tomato and green chillies.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Saute onion, curry leaves, green chillies and fry well.
  • Add ginger garlic paste, tomatoes, salt and fry.
  • Add the chicken pieces, turmeric powder, chilli powder and simmer to a low flame.
  • Fry for fifteen minutes.
  • Add red chilli sauce and fry until it turns red.
  • Sprinkle coriander leaves, stir, remove from fire and serve hot.
