Preparation Method

  • In a bowl take the fish pieces.
  • Grind together turmeric powder, ginger garlic paste, coriander powder, cumin powder, fennel powder, garam masala and salt.
  • Coat the chicken pieces with the ground masala and marinate for twenty minutes.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Temper curry leaves.
  • Flip the fish pieces and fry.
  • Shallow fry both the sides till reddish brown.
  • Remove from fire and serve.
