Preparation Method

  • Cook the mutton pieces along with turmeric powder, ginger – garlic paste and salt.
  • Chop the onions finely.
  • Heat a pan with Idhayam sesame oil.
  • Temper cinnamon, cloves, cardamom, rest of the ginger garlic paste and fry well.
  • Add the gongura leaves, chilli powder, coriander leaves, curry leaves, green chillies, cooked mutton and simmer to a low flame for ten minutes.
  • Remove from fire.
  • Heat another pan with ghee.
  • Add red chillies and pour it to the mutton.
  • Stir and serve.
